WingRoster Staging Backups

WingRoster helps flight schools manage people, aircraft, scheduling, flight sheets, and pilot training records. This staging service is used to test features before a separate production release.

School backups in your Google Drive

Authorized school backup administrators can create encrypted school exports and connect a Google account to save them in a private Drive folder. Optional daily backups run on the server. WingRoster reads the uploaded encrypted file back to check that it matches the original upload.

Google access is limited to files created by or explicitly used with this app. Connecting does not give WingRoster access to your entire Drive. Your private recovery key stays with you and is required to decrypt a backup.
